I have Premium, but I can't skip the queue. Why?

Queue skip is working — it just behaves differently depending on the server.

On a regular server your Premium lets you join ahead of the normal player limit, which is why you can see more players online than the limit shows. Once even those extra slots are taken, the server is genuinely full: stay in the queue and you'll be let in automatically as soon as a slot frees up. You don't need to do anything.

On a Premium server every player already has Premium, so there's nobody to skip ahead of — everyone joins through the same queue on equal terms. Premium servers also have more slots than regular ones, so the wait is usually shorter.

If you'd rather not wait, any other server from the list will let you in straight away.
